Two brothers were raised by dugongs and have now adapted to the ocean; when they meet main character Ruka they believe she is like them and show her the strange behaviors of the underwater creatures. Unimpressive art and weak characters dominate this graphic novel. The plot is weak and moves at an impossibly slow pace. Even the attempted cliffhanger ending is not compelling enough to invite reading of the following volumes.
